1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
✅ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
✅ The request is made within 48 hours of delivery via email at Help@finelegends.com.
🚫 No Returns: We do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or dislike of color/fabric. Please check the size guide before ordering.
🚫 No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds. Only exchanges or store credits are available.
2. Exchange Process
- Initiate Request: Email us at hello@thefabauraco.in with your order details and a clear image of the issue.
- Approval: If eligible, we will approve the exchange within 2 business days.
- Return Pickup: We will arrange a free return pickup for defective/damaged items. Ensure the item is securely packed.
- Exchange Dispatch: Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement within 5-7 business days.
3. Legal Disclaimer
By purchasing from Fine&Few, you agree to this policy and waive any right to file legal complaints or claims against us regarding returns/exchanges.
- In case of disputes, the matter shall be resolved amicably via email support.
- Our liability is limited to the product price and does not cover indirect losses.
- Customers are encouraged to check their orders upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
